The projects to be worked are a part of the capacity growth build plan in Florida with Real Estate being the first part in the process. You will facilitate meetings between all project stakeholders to ensure that each new build project is on track and key milestones are being tracked and met accordingly. You will manage site acquisition vendors and A&E firms to ensure that leasing and documentation is done in accordance with jurisdictional requirements. You will interact with regional markets and HQ teams to understand the laws and regulations, and submit documentation to the appropriate regulators on behalf of the business. You will be responsible for helping maintain our local and federal regulatory compliance for initial builds. As a Regulatory/Real Estate Engineer you will manage initial build projects for macro cell sites in the state of Florida.
